Meet the Staff

Angela

I have been working with Dr. Ralph since 2005.  I love being a part of this practice, sharing my skills and knowledge in the orthodontic field.  My duties include assisting and lab work, not to mention a bunch of other things.  It's wonderful to see how happy our patients are when they complete their treatment.  I also love to watch their progress along the way.  

I am originally from Lewiston, Idaho.  When I am away from the practice, I like spending time at the lake, camp, and enjoy the great outdoors. Before working in orthodontics, I coached gymnastics for eleven years.

Michelle

I love to see all of the wonderful smiles we create here!  I have been working with Dr. Ralph since 2012, and each day I feel lucky to be surrounded by such a wonderful team, and such awesome patients.  This is a great practice!  We have such a great sense of team spirit, and Dr. Ralph has a delightful sense of humor.  He can put a smile on your face whether you're receiving treatment or not!  

I am originally from Spokane, Washington.  In my time off, I like to spend time with my daughter, go boating and snowmobiling.  Whenever I have vacation time, I also like to travel to new and exciting places.

 I couldn't ask for better people to work with or a better office to work at!  I have been working with Dr. Ralph since 2014 and look forward to coming to work every day!  I enjoy meeting new people daily and seeing the progress of our patients' treatment every week.  I wanted to work in the dental field since I was 12 years old, specifically in orthodontics, so working with Dr. Ralph is really my dream job!

I grew up in Northern California and in 2007 migrated to the Spokane area.  Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my husband and our furry children - a Great Dane named Helios and a cat named Mozi.  I also enjoy crafting, camping, spending time with friends and traveling.

Holly

I have been working with Dr. Ralph since 2011 as the office receptionist and scheduler.  I enjoy being the first point of contact with our valued patients.  Listening to the kids' stories puts miles of smiles on my face!  I couldn't have asked for a better doctor and team to be a part of.  Dr. Ralph is fun, compassionate, and truly cares for his patients and staff.  I know you will feel the same way about him.  

I am a Spokane native and graduated from Mead High School.  I have 3 children, 2 boys and a daughter.  My boys keep me busy with sports. My daughter and I enjoy shopping and dining.  In my free time I look forward to camping, hiking, snowboarding and traveling with family.

Kim

I love seeing our patients smile from ear to ear when they get their braces off! That's my favorite part about working in orthodontics.  I have worked with Dr. Ralph since 1999. He is a great orthodontist who strives for perfection in everything he does.  It is so great to meet so many different people.  I am the Jack of all Trades in the office.

I am a native of Spokane, and when I'm not busy working on smiles, I like to do outdoor activities like snowboarding, snow shoeing, mountain biking and whitewater rafting.  I love to cook and am always ready to try new things!

I have been working with Dr. Ralph since 2005.  Each day I am reminded why I love what I do so much - watching the changes in every patient and sharing in their excitement when they see their new smile for the first time!  I also enjoy working with the team.  Our team is amazing!  Dr. Ralph is easy-going, and likes to joke around with the team and our patients.  We have fun here, and I know that you will too!

In my time off, I like to watch movies, go shopping with my sisters, and spend time with my kids.  I also love eating sushi!

I have been working with Dr. Ralph since 2013 as an orthodontic assistant. Dr. Ralph and our staff create a great tone that you won't find anywhere else. I love the atmosphere of our office and how fun the people who work here make it.  Everyone takes pride in their work and is excited to be here!

I am a Western Washington native and moved to Spokane to get my Biology degree at EWU.  I like to visit my family in my free time and share our love of sports.
